Every year, I look forward to the Christmas holidays! The decorations, traditions, parties and get togethers with friends and family, and celebrating Christmas Eve in a large family gathering! Even though my family Christmas gatherings are fun and joyful, I am aware not all families have the same positive experience. As a sample of this comes the comedy Love the Coopers, a delightful movie about a family’s Christmas traditions. As the Cooper clan comes together for their annual Christmas celebration a series of unexpected events may cause issues for the night. It is a feel good, family, holiday movie! Watching the movie in the theater, with all the holiday decorations, scenes of snow, Santa Claus, and Christmas traditions got me in the holiday mood! There were lots of funny scenes! The movie includes a star-studded cast, with one of my favorites, Diane Keaton, and John Goodman, Alan Arkin, Marisa Tomei, Olivia Wilde, Amanda Seyfried, and Ed Helms, among others. The movie has scenes you’d expect with Diane Keaton playing the role of the endearing mom, as she does in many other feel-good movies. It is a light, fun movie to watch during the holidays. The message of the movie focuses around family, traditions, and unconditional love. Love the Coopers is playing in theaters now and is rated PG-13. Below is the movie trailer, you can find more information and showtimes at Love The Coopers. Hope you enjoy your time at the movies!

Do you have a favorite holiday movie? Do you see movies at the theaters during the holiday season?

Paola
